THE TERROIR

The vineyard is located in the southwest corner of Colchagua Valley. Due to its geographical location, close to the ocean pacific, it presents a temperate Mediterranean the climate is cool with coastal breezes moderating temperatures and these are ideal conditions for ripening Sauvignon Blanc allowing it to preserve its aromas and flavours.
The vines are planted on rolling hills with soils composed predominantly of granite with a high compostion of minerals.base providing optimal conditions for a balanced crop.

CHARACTERISTICS

Characteristics of our Sauvignon Blanc: great aromatic intensity. It is delicate, notable yellow color, with bright green shades.
Its aromas are reminiscent of flowers and an array of crisp fruits: passion fruit, lime, grapefruit and green apple. The mouth has a marked, but well balanced, acidity that imbues freshness.

FOOD PAIRING

It’s recommended to drink as a cocktail wine with goat cheese or to accompany white meats like fish or grilled chicken.
