THE TERROIR

The vineyard is located in the well-known terroir of Apalta in Colchagua Valley. Due to its geographical location, it presents a temperate Mediterranean climate characterized by smooth weather with a coastal influence. Average temperaturas during the hotest months is 18ºC while 60% of rains occur during the winter months.

Our light textured top soils and well drained deep clay base provide optimal conditions for a balanced crop.

CHARACTERISTICS

Red shades with purple nuances, the aromas reminds us of jams, black plum and blackberries with a hint of cherry. It is very fruity, persistent and of great aromatic intensity.

In the mouth its a very round wine, soft, with friendly tannins, with a long mouth and very well balanced.

FOOD PAIRING

This wine can be enjoyed with stews, fish, pastas, salads or lightly mature cheeses.
