THE TERROIR

The vineyard is located in the well-known terroir of Apalta in Colchagua Valley. Due to its geographical location, it presents a temperate Mediterranean climate characterized by smooth weather with a coastal influence. Average temperaturas during the hotest months is 18ºC while 60% of rains occur during the winter months.
Our light textured top soils and well drained deep clay base provide optimal conditions for a balanced crop.

CHARACTERISTICS

Of highly deep, very characteristic red shades changing into purple. It has intense aromas that remind berries like strawberry, humid soil and spices. You can also feel some green notes such as pepper.
It has very pleasant tannins, soft and round. It is a wine of great body and of remarkable persistance in the mouth.

FOOD PAIRING

To be enjoyed with pastas, pizzas and roasted white meats.
