THE TERROIR

The vineyard is located in the well-known terroir of Apalta in Colchagua Valley. Due to its geographical location, it presents a temperate Mediterranean climate characterized by smooth weather with a coastal influence. Average temperaturas during the hotest months is 18ºC while 60% of rains occur during the winter months.
Our light textured top soils and well drained deep clay base provide optimal conditions for a balanced crop.

CHARACTERISTICS

Our Cabernet Sauvignon is a young wine; 100% varietal with highlights of mature fruits. It has aromas of strawberry and blackberry jam, with soft notes of red bell pepper.
It is of bold character with deep purple hues and ruby highlights.
In the mouth it presents itself as a wine of great personnality, robust, round, with velvety and friendly tannins. It is a wine of great persistence and very well balanced.

FOOD PAIRING

It is great to enjoy with stews, barbecued meats, sausages and mature cheeses.
