At the end of March these grapes were harvested and immediately processed in the winery. After cold clarification, alcoholic fermentation was conducted at cold temperatures. Kept for long time with its fine lees in suspension, part went to 500L french oak barrels during vinification and ageing. Before wine is bottled only cold settling is used as fining treatment.
No filtering the wine allowed it to keep all its potential. Exuberant aromas like flowers, summer fruits and fresh herbs, all together. On palate has a nice volume, is tasty and juicy, but very elegant and delicate. Very representative of its origin and the environment where it grows and develops.
Fresh pasta, smoke salmon, grilled vegetables or Mediterranean appetizers.
