Harvest was done early in the morning at the end of summer. Cold maceration for 48 hours. Traditional and gently winemaking. Aged on stainless steel tanks to preserve its richness. Slightly filtrated before bottling.
A different Merlot, more in the profile of the flowers and wild herbs that surround the vineyard. Lovely natural acidity together with ripe tannins and sweet sensation at the end.
Cous cous, spinach pancakes and cheese with quince jam.
