Deep red colour with purple hints. On nose shows eucalyptus, mint and violets, plus some blackberries and cherries. The spicy touch and freshness appears on palate, where it also shows smoothness, elegant ripe tannins and a pleasant end together with a medium body.
Pork tenderloin with prunes, mushrooms risotto and marrón glacé.
