Clay, sand and stone soil, next to the river.
Hand harvest early in the morning to preserve all its freshness and natural acidity. Immediately pressed once in the winery, clarified and ready to
begin the alcoholic fermentation. At half of the vinification part of the wine went to french oak barrels. Permanent contact with lees allowed us to have nice volume and ensure all its potential, plus 8 months of french oak ageing.
Crispy and fresh. Nice orange blossom aromas together with some herbs and summer fruits. On palate is tasty, with a lovely natural acidity and a pleasant end.
Chilean sea bass, vegetal lasagna, clam chowder.
