Spices and fresh herbal otes at the beginning plus the characteristic flower touch of Apalta at the end. Nice structure, ripe tannins and smoothness on palate. Medium body and elegant richness.
Wide range from thai food to roasted turkey, but also mature cheese and cured ham.
