Hand harvest selecting the best clusters of the block. Cold maceration of the grapes for 48 hours previous to inoculation with specially selected yeast and under controlled temperatures. 6 weeks of skin contacts prior to a careful oak ageing in contact with french oak.
Ruby red colour with violet hints. Ripe fruit such as blueberries and plumbs plus a touch of mint. Rich but elegant on palate with ripe tannins and a tasty end.
