Each lot was harvested and fermented separately, both on a 5.000 litres french oak foudre to respect its own characteristics. After a short ageing the
blend was done and went all together to barrels to complete a 24 months ageing process favouring natural integration. Minimum intervention before bottling looking forward to express its maximum potential.
Deep red colour with dark violet hints. On nose is complex, elegant and unique, with a lovely combination of cherries, wild herbs and tobacco notes at the end. Once in palate is rich, tasty, with many layers that appear little by little to complete a whole intense experience.
Rich meat plates such as lamb stew or pork stew. But also fresh pasta with grilled vegetables or a stunning chocolate dessert.
