Harvest, vinification and first part of the ageing were done separately for each variety, to give the special care that each one required. Once the blend was define it went all together to 500 litres french oak barrels for natural integration of its components, reaching a 20 months ageing period.
Deep ruby red colour with violet hints. Very expressive aromatically, perfect combination of ripe red and black fruit, together with fresh herbs and a spicy touch at the end. On palate is elegant, rich, smooth and tasty. Long and pleasant with a wild touch appearing after each drink.
